About me
Dr. Ron Cabrera is a retired superintendent of schools and the current executive director of the 4 Corners Latinx Leadership Academy. He is a skilled executive coaching, having coached more than 60 clients for 13 years. Ron has researched, participated in, and trained on mentoring and executive coaching for the past 30 years. His mentoring practices and strategies have helped to advance hundreds of aspiring administrators to their next position.
