Javier Ibarra is the Senior Manager of Media and Public Relations for Denver Public Schools and an Emmy Award-winning storyteller. A Denver native and DPS graduate, he helps schools connect with families and communities through strategic communication and authentic storytelling. Under his leadership, Denver Public Schools’ social media storytelling strategy has grown district engagement by more than 10 million additional views, helping elevate student voices and highlight the incredible work happening in DPS schools every day.
