Jessica Rodriguez Bracey is the Principal of Northfield High School in Denver, where she leads a comprehensive IB for All campus serving more than 2,100 students. She is committed to purpose-driven leadership grounded in equity, instructional excellence, and strong team development, with a focus on building systems that elevate student achievement and collective efficacy.
